The Demolition will be carried out in the next few weeks using the ‘Top Down Demolition’ Method. The site is located a stones throw from Petticoat Lane so this method is correct with other buildings so close. Last year we completed Phase 1 of the demolition and the construction of a new Travel Lodge is well on its way towards completion.
