The second quarter of 2017 looks to be an extremely busy time for Downwell Demolition and the Downwell Group as a whole.
This is the first major project that we will carry out for Taylor Wimpey.
The Barracks are located in Canterbury and the site has a large array of building types that will be demolished to make way for a new housing estate.
The existing Barracks was constructed on this site in the 1930’s but the immediate area has had several army barracks built going back to 1795.
Currently Asbestos Surveys are being carried out by Inner City Environmental.
